US: Juliet Howie has been named vice president, global enterprise sales for RESIDE Worldwide, Inc.

Howie, who is based in London, started her new position in April, and, since then, she has added local support for the company’s growing demand in EMEA. In her role, she will oversee all global enterprise sales and activities. Howie will be working to bring awareness to RESIDE’s 3Sixty platform, especially to the company’s Fortune 500 clients in EMEA, APAC, and the Americas.

RESIDE is a prop-tech and alternative accommodations firm that operates in more than 20,000 cities in 60 countries. RESIDE’s 3Sixty platform combines “machine learning and the human touch of personal service” to provide corporate travellers and global mobility buyers access to accommodations around the world.

Howie has previous experience in senior roles related to sales and marketing. She formerly held positions at National Corporate Housing, Oakwood Worldwide, BridgeStreet and the NH Hotel Group. Howie is also a member of GBTA and the Business Travel Show advisory board. She was awarded The EMEA President award for services to business travel last year and was listed as one of the top 40 women in business travel by GBTA WINiT in 2019.

Howie, along with all other members of the global sales team, completed the GBTA Ready. Safe. Travel. certification. This certification aids the team in their preparation for business travel to reopen and is a part of GBTA’s campaign, announced in November, to prepare the industry for business travel in a post-Covid world.

Lee Curtis, CCHP, chief executive officer and founder of RESIDE said: “Our clients, guests and the industry as a whole are raring for international business travel to resume again. RESIDE’s commitment to global support expansion with Juliet’s hire and investment in training through the GBTA certification has been just two of the steps we have taken as a company to enable this to happen in as smooth and safe a way as possible.”</p
