US: InTown Suites has teamed up with Sceptre Hospitality Resources (SHR), to design, deploy, and support its new central reservation system.

The Windsurfer CRS platform allows InTown Suites to "have a scalable and reliable solution for its 188 locations in 22 states".

The branded experience allows guests to reserve their room via a credit card, which helps the brand be more efficient with inventory management. Guests can also book or renew their stay without leaving their suite. Plus, InTown Suites offers its lowest weekly rates for guests booking directly through their website or call centre, so it says ease of use is crucial.

Rod Jimenez, SHR CEO and co-founder, said: "We are very pleased to be working with InTown Suites because of their well-known reputation for doing whatever it takes to deliver an outstanding experience to their guests. We work hard to bring a better user experience to life every day for our own clients. So, helping InTown meet and exceed their needs and the needs of their guests is a natural fit."

Brendan Wegler, VP of revenue management at InTown Suites said: "We are very excited to grow our partnership with SHR, by adding our entire brand to Windsurfer CRS. Windsurfer enhances our revenue management capabilities through new channel options and dynamic inventory controls, all while offering an improved customer experience through their booking engine."

Owned by Starwood Capital, InTown Suites is America's largest wholly owned extended stay brand with 188 locations in 22 states.
