US: Guest engagement and staff management platform INTELITY has partnered with PMS provider Mews.

The partnership “leverages the flexible and feature-rich Mews platform with INTELITY’s guest-facing and backend tools to provide a world-class experience for guests and staff”.

INTELITY’s platform, in use in more than 200,000 guest rooms across the globe, provides “fully customisable solutions designed to bridge the connection between guests and staff”. In addition to offering in-room tablets, customisable mobile apps, and a comprehensive backend staff management platform, the INTELITY solution is modular and integrates with more than 120 software and hardware systems including PMS, POS, in-room controls, spa management, and loyalty programs.

Mews, winner of the Best Property Management System in Hotel Tech Report’s 2020 HotelTechAwards, is the fastest-growing PMS solution in the world. The company’s suite of open-network software is described as “the industry’s first truly open API and contains a marketplace with over 300 integrations”.

INTELITY’s staff-facing dashboard connects directly to Mews PMS, providing insight into guest behaviour while enabling hotel staff to operate more efficiently. Properties currently using Mews PMS can implement the INTELITY platform, unlocking guest utilisation tracking across an entire property or portfolio so that hotels can make real-time, data-driven decisions.
