Switzerland: Vision Apartments’ property on Militärstrasse in Zurich is about to celebrate its soft-reopening after nearly 10 months of renovation and expansion works.

The company will begin welcoming guests back to its very first apartment building in mid-November.
The building houses a total of 62 newly developed apartments featuring two different "living concepts" across seven floors. "Aegean Mood" was inspired by the Mediterranean, with "curving lines, natural materials, and refined touches that combine to form a cosy living atmosphere".

The grey-in-grey concept "Cape Town Living",  has "a simple, yet compelling elegance and colourful details with plenty of South African flair".

All of the apartments feature marble floors and custom designer creations. Guests can choose from a range of formats, from compact studios and two-room apartments to full duplexes with views of Zurich's Uetliberg. On the building's underground floor, they will be able to access laundry facilities and a fitness centre.
