Vision Apartments adds trio to management team

Switzerland: Vision Apartments has announced the appointments of Bastiaan Don, Gérard Daniel Lerner and Moussa Samake.

Before joining Vision, group head of development and IT Bastiaan Don founded a web service company which focuses on converting the ideas of customers such as SMEs into visual solutions. He also has 10 years of experience in the real estate sector. In his last position, he was the founding partner of a renowned serviced apartment company. At Vision he is mainly responsible for unconventional building projects, the planning of new public areas and for the whole IT department.

Group head of real estate development Gérard Lerner is responsible for developing, planning, and realising the company’s own major endeavours. An experienced architect and project developer, Lerner previously served as a building trustee for numerous well-known principals, including SBB Immobilien AG and Credit Suisse AG. In recent years, he also played an essential role in establishing the Swiss Property Development Group. Lerner has been involved in the Swiss real estate market for more than 10 years. He has taken on an impressive variety of challenges and boasts a similarly broad range of professional experience in architecture, property development, and building trusteeship and management. Lerner also holds a master’s degree in architecture from ETH Zurich.

Group head of sales Moussa Samake studied political science at the Paul Cézanne Aix-Marseille III university and then worked at Hunter College in New York. He joins Vision from Italian serviced apartment company Halldis. His specialties are sales, developing selling strategies and establishing partnerships. He shares his responsibility for group wide sales with José Luis Hummel and focuses in particular on the French part of Switzerland. He is also in charge of the international serviced apartment partnerships worldwide.
