UK: Urban Stay has unveiled its latest serviced apartments, in London’s Fitzrovia.
The six apartments, ranging from one to three bedrooms, are housed in a period conversion in a quiet cul-de-sac. Soho, Oxford Circus, and Goodge Street are all a five-minute walk away, with the Crossrail at Bond Street and Tottenham Court Road a 10 minute walk away.
Urban Stay says the Oxford Circus Apartments are “the best addition to the brand. Features include large flat screen TVs, double sofa beds, high speed Wifi, air conditioning, underfloor heating, key pad entry, 24/7 self check-in and CCTV security in all common areas. Two of the six apartments have private access to an enclosed patio with seating.

Following this acquisition Urban Stay now operates 69 serviced apartments in central London under direct management. Urban Stay, which has its headquarters in London, was founded four years ago and recently won the Best Operator 51 to 200 units category in the 2018 Serviced Apartment Awards.
