Switzerland: Following the opening of Vision Apartments Lucerne in January 2020, the property has been purchased by the Swiss Central City Real Estate Fund for CHF 18.2 million (£14.99 million).
Under a ten-year rental agreement, Vision Apartments will continue to operate the 56 furnished units.
The transfer of ownership of the property, at Neustadtstrasse 16 in Lucerne, took place in the end of June 2020. The property offers both long-and short-term stays.
The monthly rent for the apartments ranges from CHF 1090 to 1790 excluding VAT (£899 to £1478), with short-term rates also being sold. Services such as Wi-Fi, digital TV, weekly room cleaning and ancillary costs are included in the rent.</p
