UK: Stratford City Hotels, which is managed by extended-stay specialists Cycas Hospitality has won the Caterer.com Best Employer in Hospitality 2015 award.
The company came first of 60 for for employment engagement in the Caterer.com’s Best Employers in Hospitality Awards 2015, as well as a second award for Best Small Group Hotel Employer.
The awards were judged by 64 employee responses from teams at Holiday Inn London – Stratford City and Staybridge Suites London – Stratford City, from a bespoke online engagement survey provided by partners, People Insight.
Stratford City Hotels scored the highest with a 96 per cent employment engagement rate, 97 per cent of hotel staff stating that they are “proud to say they work for the company” and 100 per cent feeling they had the “freedom to get on with their job”.
