UK: Staybridge Suites Newcastle is opening its doors to startups participating in the city’s Startup Week (May 15 to 19).

Throughout May and June the property will be offering businesses attending Startup Week the opportunity to book The Den, a small meeting room for up to 14 people, for free.
Newcastle Startup Week is a five-day citywide festival aiming "to inspire and help more people to start or grow their business in Newcastle upon Tyne or the wider North East of England".
Lisa Crocker, general manager at Staybridge Suites Newcastle, said: "We are so excited to be working with Startup Week to encourage the rising stars of tomorrow to grow their businesses in our city.  As a hotel, we have been welcoming home international corporates for years and its great to be a part of this big festival aimed at the entrepreneur."
"Our Den is a relaxed and homely environment where small businesses can come together without a tie and conduct business however they wish. What's more, they won't face a huge room hire bill at the end of it all," she added.
Paul Lancaster, founder and event producer of Newcastle Startup Week, said: "People have been inventing the future in the 'test bed city' of Newcastle for hundreds of years and with many world-class and pioneering projects in the pipeline it's important that bigger businesses continue to support their startup neighbours. We are delighted that Staybridge Suites Newcastle is getting behind us by providing some discounted rooms for our delegates and free use of 'The Den' which is an excellent space for businesses to use for brainstorming, team meetings, networking events or interviews during their stay."
Staybridge Suites Newcastle is owned and managed by Cycas Hospitality and is currently ranked number 1 on TripAdvisor for hotels in Newcastle upon Tyne.
