UK: London serviced apartment operator Smart City has launched its latest apartments, in Canary Wharf.

A company spokesperson said: "Before we open any new serviced apartment complex in London, we look carefully at the needs of both our leisure and business guests, and aim to provide luxury, first class accommodation situated close to those locations they prefer to visit the most," adds the spokesperson. "This way, whether those guests are staying with us simply to see the sights or conduct business, they can get to where they want to be quickly and hassle free by avoiding long walks through big crowds and the stressful experience of negotiating several London Underground stops. Our new apartment suites in Canary Wharf continues our commitment to providing quality accommodation in convenient locations, with the majority of the area's major business centres, conference facilities and office complexes no more than a few minute's walk from our new home in Lantern's Way."

The Canary Wharf serviced apartments join seven other Smart City development saucers London, in locations including City Road, London Bridge, Covent Garden, Moorgate and Oxford Street.
