Serviced Apartment News publishes the first digital marketing benchmark report for the sector

Serviced Apartment News and Travel Intelligence Network are delighted to announce the launch of the Serviced Apartment Digital Benchmark Report.

The report features data contributions from ReviewPro and Hubspot, and will be launched at a special hosted event at IDeaS Innovation Hub in London on September 7th.

With digital marketing becoming very much a 'hospitality battleground', the sector looks to the future with an informed 'collective' of senior industry professionals keen to learn and engage in digital marketing best practice.

The 32-page report focuses on how the top 30 serviced apartment brands are marketing themselves through digital media, how effectively, and what best practice looks like. The report includes figures, analysis and benchmarking comparison of brands' website content & functionality; social media and reputation management, plus guest engagement and the dilemma of loyalty schemes.
The key findings of the report will be presented by Mark Harris, Travel Intelligence Network, followed by an open panel 'in the round' discussion hosted by Piers Brown, CEO International Hospitality Media with industry experts: Brian Reeves, GOPPAR Digital, and Michael Kessler, ReviewPro. Attendees include marketers, owners, operators, travel buyers, TMCs, RMCs and specialist agents, plus media.
