I have learned a lot about this dynamic region, which is home base to the serviced apartment sector’s biggest players, as well as a host of dynamic start-ups and established regional operators. As the corporate travel sector kicks back in to gear after the shock of the pandemic, certain themes became apparent throughout the sessions – notably an increased emphasis on duty of care, evolving working habits, the need for flexible rental terms, intuitive guest-facing technology and smart distribution.”
