Ireland: Serviced apartment operator Premier Suites has launched an initiative deigned to help guests sustain a healthy lifestyle when travelling away from home. The initiative focuses on easy-ti-follow exercises which can be done in the comfort and privacy of a serviced apartment.

Designed with input from personal trainer Ronan Mee, premier Suites has created a range of tailored mobility and resistance exercises which are easy to follow and designed for all levels of ability. Guests can follow online videos or download exercise cards from a dedicated website. Each exercise can be completed with minimal equipment, in some cases none at all. Exercise mats are available from Premier Suites receptions, along with towels, water and fruit.

Premier Suites brand standards manager Evelyn Haran said: “We are delighted to launch the Premier Suites wellbeing initiative. Whether you travel for business or pleasure, embracing a healthy lifestyle means staying on track with your workout routine, even when you’re miles away from your local gym. We hope our new programme will make it easier for guests to maintain a healthier lifestyle. We all know that exercise helps reduce stress, promotes better sleep and increases energy levels, the perfect remedy for stressed and busy business travellers. Our new exercise programme means guests can continue their workout routine in the comfort of their own serviced apartment. The exercise programme is just the first step in what we hope will be an all-round wellbeing programme.”
