Qatar: The Oberoi Group has entered into a management contract for a 148-key serviced apartment building in Doha.
Construction will commence early next year with completion of the project, in the Lusail area, scheduled in mid 2018. The project is being developed by Qatar General Insurance and Reinsurance Company (SAQ).
PRS Oberoi, executive chairman of The Oberoi Group said: “We are extremely pleased to have been selected by the Qatar General Insurance and Reinsurance Company (SAQ) to assist them in the design and management of this project and we look forward to bringing the Oberoi hospitality to the Qatar market.”
