Japan: Oakwood has opened its first property in Japan’s UNESCO World Heritage destination.

Oakwood Hotel Oike Kyoto is Oakwood’s 12th property in Japan and also marks Oakwood’s debut in the former Japanese capital, which is home to 17 UNESCO World Heritage sites as well as thousands of temples, shrines and gardens.
