UK: London serviced apartment owner/operator Marlin Apartments has released its first video adverts online.

Marlin says the adverts are designed to "display serviced apartments as the smart solution for both business and leisure travel".

Following the recent launch of its new mobile website and business meeting space bookingservice, Marlin has collaborated with KiP Media Ltd in the production of two video adverts. The four-minute videos detail how Marlin helps travellers optimise and personalise their stay with features such as flexible bedding configurations and a 24-hour concierge that can arrange various services including airport transfers and dry cleaning.

The videos showcase Marlin's locations by capturing the panoramic view of London surrounding its apartments with a camera drone.

Marlin's managing director Susan Cully said: "Marlin has always placed guests' experience at the centre of our business. As the industry leader, we aim to take a further step by providing our guests with the flexibility they need to personalise their stay and make it one to remember. The sector has come a long way from being a niche option for business travellers. Whilst reinforcing serviced apartments as a business-friendly choice, we see the importance of producing a video specifically targeting the leisure market. We're thrilled to have worked with an innovative agency like KiP Media Ltd in Marlin's first video adverts."

James Rhys-Davis, senior partner of KiP Media Ltd, said: "It's not often you get to shoot a central London promotional video with such amazing views as a backdrop. I know our crew is definitely going to miss the penthouse - great locations and a great client to work for." Click here to watch Marlin's leisure video and here for its business video.
