Knight Frank publishes report on Dubai holiday home market

UAE: Knight Frank has published research in to the Dubai holiday home market and how the sharing economy in the emirate is shaping the hospitality real estate sector.

Researched and written by Knight Frank associate partner Ali Manzoor, the paper includes analysis of holiday home demand in Dubai, the impact Airbnb and the holiday home market is having on the hotel sector, and the location and variety of holiday home supply.

Ali Mazoor will be discussing the report's findings at this month's Serviced Apartment Summit MEA, which takes place on October 30 and 31 at the Fairmont The Palm.
