UK: SAN publisher International Hospitality Media is delighted to support AETHOS Consulting Group’s initiative to help hospitality professionals cope with impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic.

AETHOS has extended an invitation to Serviced Apartment News readers who have been adversely impacted by the crisis to invest time in their self-development by taking a complimentary assessment during the two-week period of April 13 to 24.

The current circumstances offer a constructive chance for individuals to re-assess their approaches and abilities related to tactical work, relating to others, and problem-solving. Knowing this can help professionals better understand the roles and environments that are the best fit to their attitudes and skill sets.

It is also a good opportunity to better understand one’s own strengths and weaknesses and to learn how one best copes with adversity. AETHOS’ 20|20 Skills™ online assessment was designed to support this exercise.

“AETHOS is about people in the hospitality business,” said London-based managing director Thomas Mielke. “Our mission is to support those with a passion for hospitality, in good times and in times of uncertainty.”

AETHOS will subsequently host a number of Zoom conference calls (April 29 ̶30 / May 26-27) to share personalised insights and actions that can be taken to improve.
