US: Local developer Satya is building a dual-branded hotel project near Houston’s Texas Medical Center.
The 350,000-square-foot, 14-storey project at 7329 Fannin Street will offer 159 rooms under the Hyatt Place brand and another 139 rooms under the extended-stay Hyatt House brand, the first of its kind in Houston for Hyatt. It walloped in 2022.
The hotel will also include a 24-hour dining area, a full-service restaurant and lobby cafe; two on-site bars and a parking garage.
A seventh-floor amenity deck will offer 3,500 square feet of meeting space, an outdoor pool, a fitness centre and a laundry room.
