US: Furnished Quarters, one of the largest American corporate housing providers has added luxury building 18 Park to its portfolio.

This improves the company’s stock of short-term, extended stay rentals, in the Hoboken and Jersey City area.

The group is currently the biggest independently owned supplier of temporary housing worldwide, offering over 100,000 apartments across the globe. The group serves over 5,500 clients, including Fortune 500 companies.

18 Park is located in Jersey City’s Paulus Hook neighbourhood, blocks away from the Hudson River waterfront, and Liberty State Park, with views of the Statue of Liberty. The building is also close to various transit solutions, including PATH train stations, Hudson-Bergen Light Rail stops and ferry terminals for access to Manhattan and Hoboken.

Steve Brown, CEO of Furnished Quarters said:  “We’re excited to be further growing our company and expanding our offerings in Jersey City, especially in such a prime location and beautiful building. We’re now in a position to provide even more choices to our clients with needs in the area.”

The building features a 24-hour attended lobby, outdoor pool with sundeck, fitness center, billiards room, dog run, children’s playroom and more. The individual apartments themselves include full services, including washing facilities, full kitchen appliances, and unique contemporary furniture.

The group has been expanding across the US, most recently in Northern California, with an acquisition in San Francisco.
