ESA opens South Carolina property

US: Extended Stay America has opened a 120-key hotel in Bluffton, South Carolina.

Extended Stay America Bluffton – Hilton Head is the fourth company owned new-build property to open this year. It features complimentary Wi-Fi, free onsite parking, a fitness room, a laundry room and a lobby area. Rooms include fully equipped kitchens with full-size refrigerators, a stovetop, cookware, utensils and dishes as well as pillowtop beds, recliners, workspace and television streaming capabilities.

“The opening of this property shows our commitment to continuing our strategy of growing the ESA footprint across the United States,” said Judi Bikulege, chief investment officer, Extended Stay America. “The ESA Bluffton will provide an affordable and comfortable place to stay near Hilton Head.”

The property is located 13 miles west of Hilton Head Island in Seagrass Station, a planned development with single-family homes, office buildings and a 46,000-square-foot medical rehabilitation centre. Sun City, the largest active adult community in South Carolina, is across the street along with The Okatie Center, a 268-acre shopping and commercial centre. Hilton Head’s beaches, golf courses and boutiques are a short drive away along with the Marine Corps Air Station, Marine Corps Recruit Depot Parris Island and eviCore Healthcare.</p
