ESA opens company-owned hotel in Florida

US: Extended Stay America has opened new-build company-owned hotel in Port Charlotte, Florida.

The four-storey building has 120 rooms, free onsite parking, complimentary WiFi, a fitness room, laundry room and grab-and-go breakfast.
