US: Dwellworks has launched its Dwellworks Living brand, to offer "distinctive service and solutions for the global corporate housing marketplace, ensuring customers feel".

The announcement follows the expansion of the company's serviced apartment, inventory, and bespoke capabilities earlier this year.

Dwellworks Living clients will have access to "thousands of selectively curated units, competitive pricing, and comprehensive global program administration and support".

James Conigliaro, chief operating officer, said: “With the introduction of the Dwellworks Living brand, we are now delivering service with a distinctive Dwellworks approach to sourcing and solutions in corporate housing/serviced apartments. We have built a strong team with unparalleled depth and expertise in customer service, operations, supply chain, and account management – and look forward to providing the best service to our clients, guests, partners and suppliers – especially during this time of change and increased customer expectation.”

Bob Rosing, CEO of Dwellworks, added: “In the current business and societal environment, we are pleased and proud of the focused effort it has taken across our teams to move with assurance into our shared future. We appreciate the full support of our investors, TZP Group, and their confidence in the Dwellworks Living expansion, including a significant commitment to technology and solutions development. The world is coming back to work and travel and we’re excited to be here with new services for our customers.”
