Damac to showcase Dubai serviced apartments to Chinese buyers

UAE: Damac Properties is showcasing a portfolio of properties at the Luxury Property Show (LPS) Beijing 2018.

The developer is showcasing five Dubai developments to visitors to the show.

As of 2018, Damac has delivered over 20,800 homes and has a development portfolio of over 40,000 units at various stages of progress and planning. It is also has more than 10,000 hotel rooms, serviced apartments and hotel villas in various stages of development.

"Damac has been the developer of choice for Chinese investors in Dubai for many years, and continues to attract Chinese buyers who are looking for excellent investment returns on properties," said Hany Hussein, vicepresident - international at Damac Properties.

The five developments being showcased include: Prive, Damac Towers by Paramount, Golf and Greens ready apartments at Damac Hills, Aykon City and Damac Residenze.

With delivery in 2018, Damac Maison Privé is a serviced hotel apartment property in Business Bay. Damac Towers by Paramount also has an expected delivery in 2018, and is a hotel and residential complex. The four-tower development includes approximately 1,200 luxury serviced suites in three towers, and the fourth tower will house the world's first Paramount Hotel and Paramount Residences.

Damac's apartments at Damac Hills are ready for delivery, as are the Damac Residenze apartments from levels 43 to 84 in the Damac Heights Tower. Aykon City has an expected delivery in 2020.
