Daiwa House and Taisei team up for Vietnam serviced apartment project

Vietnam: Japanese conglomerate Daiwa House Industry and Taisei Corporation are to open a 256-unit serviced apartment project in Hanoi.

The partners have formed a local joint venture called DT Development Vietnam LLC to develop the Vinata Towers project, which will consist of several multipurpose buildings in Hanoi.

Phase 1 of this project, Roygent Parks Hanoi is a 24-storey building with 256 apartment units, which opened on June 30.
