Daiwa House and Taisei team up for Vietnam serviced apartment project

Vietnam: Japanese conglomerate Daiwa House Industry and Taisei Corporation are to open a 256-unit serviced apartment project in Hanoi.

The partners have formed a local joint venture called DT Development Vietnam LLC to develop the Vinata Towers project, which will consist of several multipurpose buildings in Hanoi.

Phase 1 of this project, Roygent Parks Hanoi is a 24-storey building with 256 apartment units, which opened on June 30.

The apartment complex is located in the Cau Giay District, where foreign embassies and international schools including the Japanese school of Hanoi are located. experience in Japan.
