US: Building work is underway on a $7 million Home2 Suites by Hilton in Saginaw County, Michigan.
The extended stay hotel is being built on Trautner Drive in Kochville Township. It will join a cluster of other hotels nearby, including Marriott extended stay brands TownePlace Suites and SpringHill Suites by Mariott.
The four-floor 96-key building with a contemporary style will have a gathering area, breakfast space and pool among other features.
Horizons Saginaw is acting as the construction manager for the project, which will open in spring 2020.</p
