Clarendon wins ARP serviced apartment award

UK: Clarendon Serviced Apartments has been named best serviced accommodation provider 2015 by the Association of Relocation Professionals.

The award was independently judged by a panel of relocation professionals, the award recognises Clarendon's "uncompromising dedication to developing a portfolio that offers clients best choice across London's major office hubs and hotspots".
Peter Morgan, Clarendon's head of marketing and market development said: "As an independent operator Clarendon has stuck to doing what we do best and focuses on the corporate sector and extended stay guest. The award reflects our ongoing commitment to building a portfolio that offers not only choice but a real London experience evident from the diversity of locations we offer, from the leafy suburbs of Richmond and Kew to the bustling West End and cosmopolitan Canary Wharf."
"In addition we've concentrated on the added value services that assist both the corporate booker and guest. Clarendon understands the expectations of today's connected guest which is why we've committed to rolling out hi-speed fibre wifi where possible across our buildings. We've also invested in the provision of 360 interactive virtual tours showcasing all our apartments and enabling clients to look before they book," he added.

The award comes in a year that has seen Clarendon open four new properties across London, at Marylebone, Garrick Street, Burleigh Mansions and Shaftesbury Avenue.
