UK: Citystay’s summer party brought Cambridge business together to raise funds for The Lifeline Fund.

Cambridge Businesses come together to support Citystay at their Summer Party.

The serviced apartment provider’s summer party at Madingley Hall was an evening of food, drinks, wine tasting, games and a raffle, with all proceeds’ donated to The Lifeline Fund.

Rather than making a donation, the money raised on the evening will be funding a once-in-a- lifetime safari excursion for 50 orphans who are looked after by The Lifeline Fund. Minibus transport, lunch, teachers and guides will be laid on as the children visit the Lengwe National Park in Malawi to see antelope, hyenas, leopards, impalas and even elephants all protected within their natural habitat.

Guests heard a short presentation from Citystay managing director Neil Fernandez, who spoke about the work of The Lifeline Fund before the raffle. The money raised from the evening helped Citystay’s total donation to the charity pass the £68,000 mark.
