UK: CityStay Group has launched InnClusive, a rental platform targeting clients who “fall in the gap between short lets and assured shorthold tenancies”.
InnClusive offers all-inclusive, fully furnished and fully equipped properties with a minimum stay of 12 weeks.
The model has been piloted in Cambridge over the last two years, and Citystay says it has proved popular among the relocation, project worker and extended corporate stay markets.
Initially launching in six cities, InnClusive is looking to grow its supply chain across the UK and Ireland by partnering with existing serviced apartment providers.
Founder of InnClusive Declan Fitzhenry said: “It’s such an exciting time to be launching InnClusive, over the past couple of years, we’ve been working hard to understand the mid-term market and are delighted to now be rolling out the platform. From an operator perspective, the importance of diversification and the sustainable revenue streams that InnClusive provides to our partners cannot be underestimated, particularly at such a trying time for the shorter stay industry.”
InnClusive aims to be operational in 15 locations around the UK and Ireland by the end of 2020.
The new platform is now live with a strong focus on delivering a clear and simple user experience.
“The process of renting property has historically been a long and arduous one, with tenants being forced to deal with multiple stakeholders. InnClusive’s ethos of effortless living removes all the hassle of organising utility bills, ISPs, council tax and furnishings etc, this is before dealing with estate agents and hidden fees,” the company says.
InnClusive is the latest brand under the umbrella of Cambridge-based Citystay Group, which now comprises four brands. Citystay – the traditional serviced apartment provider, Checked Inn – mid-term operator, InnClusive – national mid-term agency and Cambridge Clean Sheets – domestic and commercial laundry service.
