UK: Cheval Residences has launched its new website and online booking platform, developed by Avvio.

The company says both elements now guarantee faster download speeds with “clearer, more concise functionality as well as full mobile and tablet capabilities”.

Developed by Irish booking engine and conversion specialists Avvio, both the website and booking platform are “at the forefront of online booking technology, developed by experts in web-user behaviour and conversion rate optimisation, while integrating advanced new technologies”.

Cheval Residences hopes to improve customers’ online journey and experience, while increasing the number of visitors that convert into customers via their website, enabling it to “compete more effectively in a competitive online market place, growing their direct channel and reducing an overdependence on OTA business”.

Frank Reeves, CEO of Avvio, said: “We’re delighted to have been chosen as the ‘web partner of choice’ for Cheval Residences. It’s been fantastic to work with their forward-thinking team on such an exciting project. The early signs since launching the new site are really positive and we’ve already seen uplift in direct bookings within the first week of our Convert 6.0 Booking Engine going live. We’re confident that we’re at the outset of what will be a long and successful relationship between Cheval Residences and Avvio”.

Cheval Residences’ new website includes extended stay information, a clearer outline of promotions and packages, extended neighbourhood information, improved visibility of e-brochures and app links as well as pet welcoming and children’s and baby’s package information. Mobile and tablet versions are available within the website and within the booking platform, the residences are bookable online from one night to three months while the quick booker is available on all main group and residence pages.
