Bulgaria: The Serena Residence aparthotel on the southern coastline of the Black Sea is to be sold by auction.
Owner Moscow Department for Competitive Policy announced the auction with initial guide price of 473 million roubles (£5.5 million). The complex, which is located three kilometres from the center of Sozopol, includes 7,700 square metres of grounds, 90 apartments and a plot of land with an area of 3,800 square metres.
All apartments have balconies and modern interiors. There is also a restaurant, open swimming pool, a parking lot and landscaped grounds.
Bids can be submitted until the 15th of November.
