UK: Black And White Hospitality Management has taken over the operation of the Hy Hotel in Lytham St Annes, Lancashire.
The new-build five-star aparthotel comprises one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, a swimming pool and a gym.
Black And White Hospitality Management will now “provide strategic management advice for the hotel in order to optimise the venue’s profitability”.
