Ballard appointed as residence manager at Citadines Islington London

UK: Samuel Ballard has been appointed residence manager at the 108-key Citadines Islington London.

Originally from Australia, he brings more than 14 years’ experience in the hospitality industry in both front line and managerial roles.

Ballard has been working at The Ascott Limited since 2017 and has experience in developing new processes through training and key skills in cost analysis, productivity, and customer satisfaction. Prior to his appointment, he worked at Ascott’s The Cavendish London hotel as front of house manager and operations manager. He has also worked at Club Tropical Resort Darwin, Rydges Melbourne, and Crown Metropol Perth.

“Citadines Islington London sets a new bar for contemporary accommodation in the borough and provides guests the flexibility and independence to live like a local.
