Ascott opens first mixed-use development in Bangkok

Thailand: The Ascott Limited has fully opened Somerset Ekamai, its first mixed-use development in the Thai capital.

The property consist of serviced apartments, corporate residences for long-term lease, a hotel and a conference centre. 
 
The 130 apartments and 51 "urban community rooms" add more than 180 units to Ascott's portfolio in Thailand, which includes more than 3,3oo units across 18 properties.  

Located on Ekamai road, with a short walking distance from Ekamai BTS Station - Bangkok's main Sky-train line, the property's on-site facilities include an automatic car parking tower, an outdoor swimming pool, a gymnasium, gardens, restaurants, spa, indoor and outdoor children's play areas and residents' lounge.
