Ascott opens first Citadines property in Saudi Arabia

KSA: The Ascott Limited has introduced its Citadines brand to Saudi Arabia with the opening of a property in the Red Sea port of Jeddah.

Citadines Al Salamah Jeddah is situated in the north of the city, a 15-minute drive from King Abdulaziz International Airport. The aparthotel is located in Al Salamah district  close to Mall of Arabia, Red Sea Mall, Jeddah's financial institutions, the International American School of Jeddah and entertainment destinations such as Iceland Theme Park and Stationary Fantasies Water Park.

Residents can select from studio, one-, two- or three-bedroom apartments, and the property features a 24-hour reception, residents' lounge, wifi, café, prayer room and gym, along with a menu of services such as daily or weekly housekeeping, breakfast, laundry and dry cleaning services.

"The aparthotel's well-appointed and contemporary design is complemented by high-end facilities and will set a new benchmark for serviced residences in Jeddah. What's more, our fully-customisable pick-and-choose menu of services allows guests to personalise their stay to suit both leisure and business needs," added Miccolis.
