UAE: Aqua Properties has launched a 29-storey serviced apartment block, called Park Inn by Radisson, at Dubai’s Jumeirah Village Triangle.
The project broke ground earlier this month, with completion scheduled for June 2019.
Dubai-based Aqua Properties, which acts both on the brokerage and development of the property, said the block comprises a selection of fully-furnished serviced studios, as well as one- and two- bedroom hotel apartment suites.
