AKA lowers minimum length of stay at West Hollywood property

US: AKA has launched seven-night minimum stays at AKA West Hollywood, down from the previous minus stay of 30 nights.

The company says the move will enable it to better support the needs of travellers seeking temporary accommodation, notably AKA West Hollywood’s "discerning clientele – including creative nomads, entertainment industry insiders and transitional residents".

We’re thrilled to expand our offering at AKA West Hollywood and invite residents to immerse themselves in the vibrant culture of this creative city with flexible stay options and the highest quality long-stay experience.”

Located at the intersection of La Cienega and Sunset boulevards, AKA West Hollywood’s 110 furnished residences are made up of studios, one- and two-bedroom suites, as well as penthouse residences featuring uninterrupted views from Downtown Los Angeles to the Pacific Ocean.

The residences range from 700 to 1,800 square feet, and feature floor-to-ceiling windows, private balconies, custom walk-in closets, linens by Sferra, fully appointed kitchens with concealed appliances, washer/dryers and complimentary WiFi.

Complimentary amenities include a lounge and terrace, a resort-style pool overlooking Los Angeles, a 24-hour Technogym fitness centre by designer Antonio Citterio, and a a screening room.

The property was co-designed by the Los Angeles-based studios of Skidmore, Owings & Merrill and Lorcan O’Herlihy Architects.
