India: Absolute Hotel Services (AHS) will open the latest Eastin Residences property in the Indian state of Gujarat on 15 September.
Eastin Residences Vadodara is described as a four-star premium apartment hotel, with facilities for both business and leisure travellers, and extended stays.
The property features a range of studios and one-bedroom apartments, all fitted with king or twin beds, living areas, walk-in wardrobes and kitchenettes. Guests are also offered IPTV systems with Wi-Fi and international channels. Facilities at the property include The Glass House restaurant, a rooftop gymnasium and mini market.
It is the first Eastin Residences in India, although AHS already operates Eastin Hotels and Eastin Easy properties in other Indian cities. The firs Eastin Residences property is in Muscat, Oman.
AHS managing director for India and the Middle East Sameer Dharkar said: “We are delighted to announce opening of our new four-star boutique serviced apartment in Vadodara. This is a unique offering for the Vadodara market and the first of its kind from any of the international brand. We are looking to take maximum share of international and domestic long stay corporate guests.”
