Switzerland: TFE Hotels will make its Swiss debut with a 140-key aparthotel within a major new mixed-use development in Geneva.
Adina Apartment Hotel Geneva will form a key part of the Quartier de L’Étang precinct.
Expected to reach completion in the first quarter of 2022, the property, currently under construction,is a collaboration between developer Urban Project and Adina, which is working with the owner, the Republic and Canton of Geneva.
Architectural practice Groupe H has designed the property, which will feature a mix of one-bedroom, two-bedroom and studio guestrooms, many with alpine views.
Facilities will include fitness and wellness areas, a restaurant, and a 24-hour reception.
As part of the Quartier de L’Étang development, the hotel will be located on the transport axis between the airport, exhibition centre and Geneva city centre.
