France: Accor has signed two European properties under its Movenpick Living extended stay brand, and launched a new Apartments & Villas website.

The brand offers stays of up to 120 days, and aims to combine the comfort and privacy of home, with hotel services on top.

The first property in Europe will be the Movenpick Istanbul, scheduled to open in 2021. It will offer one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, a “sky villa” and garden villa with outdoor terrace, swimming pool, spa, hammam, sauna and restaurant.

The second, in the Swiss ski resort of Disentis, will be a dual-branded Movenpick Living property and Movenpick hotel. Set to open in early 2024, it will feature 91 apartments and 150 hotel rooms, as well as restaurants, a bar, children’s play area and spa.

Movenpick Living is one of the brands featured on Accor's new Apartments & Villas website, which the company says is "entirely dedicated to the rental of private residences and extended stay hotel properties, enabling guests feel at home anywhere in the world. The site makes more than 50,000 apartments, villas and chalets available, drawing from Accor’s 15 extended stay hotel brands, as well as the company’s portfolio of branded private residences which are privately owned and frequently included in managed rental programs (Raffles Residences, Banyan Tree Residences, Delano Residences, Fairmont Residences, SLS Residences) and one-of-a-kind private rentals (onefinestay), in over 350 destinations.
