US: A Home2Suites by Hilton extended stay property in the Cincinnati suburb of Liberty Township has been sold for $7.2 million.

A fund called PHVIF II Liberty purchased the property on March 5 from Liberty Centre LP, according to the Butler County Auditor’s Office.

The 66,000 square-foot, four-storey extended-stay hotel opened at 7145 Liberty Centre Drive in 2016 and marked the brand’s first Ohio location.

Situated on 2.4 acres, the Home2 Suites is within a mile of the $350 million Liberty Center retail development and Cincinnati Children’s Liberty Campus.

The hotel features barbecue grills and fire pits in patio areas, an indoor, heated saline pool and Spin2 Cycle Center, a combined laundry-and-fitness area. Also featured are a work-and-socialise Oasis lobby/gathering area, a 24-hour business centre and 1,000 square feet of meeting space.
