Ireland: Developer Menesiah Limited has applied to Kilkenny County Council to build a three-storey aparthotel.
The application from the locally based developer is for a site at Area 1, Hebron Industrial Estate, Leggettsrath West, on the outskirts of Kilkenny town.
It will consist of 15 two-bedroom apartments, a one-bedroom hotel studio suite, reception, all ancillary facilities, retaining wall, and all associated works and ancillary site works.</p
