UK: Air Agents, a London short stay management company has launched the capital's “first one-stop-shop for all things short-stay”.

The temporary high street shop, which will be open for the next three months on the Old Brompton Road in Kensington, will see Air Agents "helping to raise standards when it comes to the short stay market."

The Air Agents team will be on hand at the shop, which was opened last week by BBC Dragons Touker Suleyman and Tej Lalvani, "imparting their knowledge, dispelling myths and ultimately helping Londoners utilise the short stay market in an ethical way".

There will be workshops on how to prepare a home to let, a how-to guide, and information on security, regulation and insurance. Londoners will also be able to sign up to Air Agents services, with waived fees on their first booking for any business that comes through the shop.

Fran Milsom, co-founder of Air Agents, said: "We are excited to be opening a 'first of its kind' short-stay high street shop in London. We are passionate about what we do, and as proud Londoners, we want to help our neighbours make the most of their property and provide great accommodation to those visiting our magnificent city."

"Our doors will be open from 10am to 6pm every day, and we will be on hand to provide advice and support for those looking to rent their home on short-stay sites like Airbnb. We want to help raise standards within the sector and to help raise awareness with hosts and/or management companies when it comes to following regulations. At Air Agents, we pride ourselves on sticking to the rules, and as part of our transparency, we want to share our knowledge and to support local residents," he added.
