UK: Web-based PMS Elina and housekeeping app Room Checking have teamed up to provide a service at Aaron Wise Apartments in Cardiff.
Elina PMS is a web based property management software with APIs to enable integrations to other useful products and services. These connections have helped Aaron Wise Apartments improve operational efficiencies. In Q2 2018, Elina PMS and Room Checking completed an integration where reservations information is sent automatically to the cleaning staff and the apps they use to know which rooms to clean and the details of arriving guests.
Room Checking provides a web-based platform with housekeeping, cleaning and maintenance apps for the teams to use. The centralised technology “makes it very suitable for serviced apartments managing operations tasks with real time feedback and actions”.
