Synergy opens Manhattan office

US: Synergy Global Housing has opened an office in New York City’s Chelsea neighbourhood.

The new office is the 11th for the company, with premises located in London, England; Dublin, Ireland; Singapore; Hyderabad, India; Seattle, Washington; and San Diego, Los Angeles, Orange County, San Francisco, and San Ramon, California.

The creation of the New York office marks the first time Synergy has an established a physical presence, backed by a dedicated team, on the East Coast.

“New York City is the epicentre of commerce and business activity along the East Coast, and many of our customers have had a need for quality serviced accommodations in this market,” said Synergy co-founding partner Henry Luebbert said. “Because Synergy is philosophically committed to being where our customers need us to be, it was only natural that we would establish an office in New York and begin to improve the industry standard for one of the most complex and exciting markets in the world.”

Rob Eisenberg will serve as general manager in New York. Joining Eisenberg will be business development manager Phoebe Viggiano and client services counsellor Charlene Crisp, who join Synergy with a combined 20 years of experience serving the needs of global corporate travellers.

“I feel like I’ve got some of the most talented people in the industry making sure our guests are taken care of,” Eisenberg said. “Customer service is the defining trait for what makes Synergy so special. I am confident that the team we’ve assembled is going to bring a new customer service standard to corporate housing in the New York region.”

Each Synergy apartment in New York comes with a high-end furniture package, and includes an “industry-best technology bundle”, with features such as high-speed wireless internet (500mps), 55″ smart TVs, a Sonos Play:1 sound system, and an HD DVR.

“I think people want to feel comfortable when they’re away from their normal environment, so we want to do everything we can to make them feel comfortable and happy,” Eisenberg said. “We work hard every day to identify ways that we can make the customer experience as good as possible, and I think the features and amenities we’ve included in our apartments provide that sense of home to all of our guests.”
