Bahrain: Eagle Hills Bahrain has officially launched the serviced apartments at The Address Residences Marassi Al Bahrain.
The units were unveiled at the Gulf Property Show 2017 at the Bahrain International Exhibition and Convention Centre (BIECC). The Address Hotels & Resorts are operated by Emaar Hospitality Group, with five properties in Dubai, and another to open soon in Fujairah.
Dr Maher Al Shaer, managing director of Eagle Hills Bahrain, unveiled The Address Residences to invited media and VIPs at a press conference this morning, which was also attended by Daniel Hammond, general manager, Eagle Hills Bahrain, who gave guests a first look at the concept after the model was revealed.
Upon completion, The Address Residences Marassi Al Bahrain will feature 155 fully-furnished and serviced one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom apartments and penthouse apartments with 199 parking spaces. All units will be freehold and available to all nationalities to buy.
The development will include fine-dining and cafes, spa, fitness centre, landscaped terraces, pool, ballrooms and access to a private beach.
The project is being built in partnership with international consultants Perkins & Will. P+W is the architect and HOK is the interior design consultant for the project.
