India: BridgeStreet Global Hospitality and JNB group have signed deals with three developers in India.
Under the tie-up, JNB and BridgeStreet will co-brand 181 units built by IDI in Noida, 100 units by AIPL in Gurgaon and 36 units by CHD Developers in Gurgaon.
BridgeStreet already has partnerships with Silverglades, Homestead, V Square and Logix for 1,600 units in NCR and will have 500 functional units by the end of 2016.
“We hope to have 5,000 fully operational units in India within five years,” said Sean Worker, president and CEO of BridgeStreet Global Hospitality.
