Serviced Apartment Summit 2016 confirms first time sponsors

UK: Netherlands-based serviced apartment operator Yays and London hospitality group Grange Hotels have been confirmed as Gold Sponsors for Serviced Apartment Summit Europe. Yays, which currently operates three apartment buildings in Amsterdam, is a new gold sponsor and has signed up for the 2016 and 2017 events. Yas is part of the Short Stay Group.

Managing director Peter Heule said: “Yays is a new travel and stay concept that reroutes urban tourism as we know it. Yays focuses on the authentic neighbourhoods of a city and wants to make visitors feel like residents. Over the upcoming two years Yays will set the first steps outside the Netherlands. The Serviced Apartment Summit will be a great platform to share the Yays concept and make all participants enthusiastic about it. I expect to find new partners and investors to secure Yays’ growth ambitions across Europe.”

Grange Hotels, which operates 17 properties across London is also a first-time sponsor of the Summit. The company is preparing its entry to the serviced apartment sector with the 2016 launch of a property in the City of London.

Grange Hotels is also hosting the first annual Serviced Apartment Awards on March 21st 2016 at its Tower Bridge Hotel.

Piers Brown, CEO of International Hospitality Media, the organiser of the conference, said: “We’re delighted to welcome two new sponsors to the Summit. It’s a great endorsement of the event that it is growing each year and attracting new supporters from the UK and abroad. In tandem with our Middle East and Africa, and forthcoming US events, Serviced Apartment Summit really does have the global market covered, and its expansion reflects the buoyant state of our industry. We look forward to working with Yays and Grange Hotels, and helping them achieve their business objectives.”

Serviced Apartment Summit will benefit from a refreshed conference and exhibition website in line with the updated Serviced Apartment News logo, more visuals and a user responsive, mobile-enabled experience.</p
