UK: House of Fisher has revealed plans to convert a former office building in Bracknell, Berkshire, in to an apart-hotel, opening in late 2014.

T A Fisher, the Thames Valley property developer, is turning a former office building, called Beneficial House, into a luxury apart-hotel. The upper floors of the building will feature studio, one- and two-bedroom serviced apartments aimed at both the corporate and leisure market, as well as a reception/meeting area and a 15,000 square foot, 24 hour gym facility to be run by The Gym Group.

Beneficial House, occupies a town centre location on the corner of Easthampstead Road, fronting the Twin-Bridges roundabout. Adjacent to both Arlington Business Park and The Point, House of Fisher says the development is perfect for business travellers in the area.
