Dubai to get “boutique hotel” apartments

UAE: Noon Art Boutique Hotel Apartments will feature 45 apartments and an art gallery.

Located in the Al Barsha neighbourhood, the 12-storey property will include 45 one-, two- and three-bedroom suites, and a dedicated art gallery displaying Middle Eastern art. Three artists who have contributed to the project – Dr Najat Meky, an Emirati artist, Ali Hassan from Qatar, and Khaled Ben Simane, from Tunisia.

The creation of Khalid Al Mutawa, it will also include a roof-top swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, gym and restaurants.

General manager Sami Kriaa said: “We are very excited to bring this bespoke offering to Dubai. Noon Art Boutique Hotel Apartments and Gallery is a refreshing concept that will encapsulate the importance of art and culture in this ever-expanding city. We have created a beautiful refuge for like-minded people to come together and by doing so we are supporting and nurturing the existing artistic heritage of Dubai.”

Noon Art Boutique Hotel Apartments is scheduled to open on February 10. The art gallery and café will be open to the public.
